November in Florida so I signed up for the Gobble Gobble Four Mile. Went down to Gulf Shore Drive for a practice run and made it. Awaited Thanksgiving morning and the chance to justifyovereating in the afternoon but woke up quite ill, the flu. Had to forego the run but managed
to get upright for the eating part in the afternoon. Now shopping for a new belt.
